Refund Policy

At Deeva Fashion, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, our return policy provides you with 30 days to request a return after receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

Condition:
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and make a new purchase for the replacement item once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For merchandise shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
